Welcome to Jupiter's Moving & Storage. By accessing our website and engaging our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services & Estimates
All estimates provided are based on the information shared by the client. Final pricing may vary based on actual inventory, distance, and additional services required on the moving day.
2. Cancellations
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled move date. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee as per company policy.
3. Liability & Insurance
While we take the utmost care of your belongings, our liability for loss or damage is limited to the valuation coverage selected by the client prior to the move.
4. Prohibited Items
We do not transport hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or illegal substances. Clients are responsible for ensuring no such items are packed in the moving truck.
5. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the move unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and certified checks.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Any disputes will be handled within the jurisdiction of Boston, MA.
